    Eviction after foreclosure
My current home has been foreclosed on and sold by the sheriff and the lender bought the home back. Two months have passed and I am currently in the process of preparing to move, however my new place will not be available for another month. I received a notice a week ago that stated that if I wasn't out seven days from the date of the letter that the sheriff would turn over possession of the home to the lender. Does this mean the sheriff will come and serve me a normal 30 day eviction or does this mean he will show up and tell me to get out? I reside in Ky if this helps. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Jeff Parrish

I'm not an expert, but I would say from that wording that if you are not out in 7 days, the sheriff is going to come and put your belongings out by the curb.
