The most quick you can take a pregnancy test with some certainty would be like 3-4 days before the day of your expected period... but you have to take into consideration that it may be wrong. You'll get a roughly accurate answer on the day of your expected period and couple days after... I read somewhere that you are most accurate about a week after your missed period. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong...

And you should use your first urine of the day to test because if you are pregnant, then your first urine will contain the most hormones for the tests to detect.
