I have discovered today a small pea size... maybe smaller lump on the right side of my scrotum. It is a little sensitive but is definitely not attached to my testicle. I have not taken a shower for approx. 5 days due to my concern of infecting my eyes from my recent intralace eye surgery. Would this most likely be caused by a clogged pore or similar issue? At what amount of time should I get this checked by a gp if it has not gone away with regular washing? Thanks

Get yourself to the doctors as soon as you can, no one here could ever give you a proper diagnosis and would never say "don't worry about it" anyway. Chances are there is nothing wrong but let the doctor tell you that, he will certainly understand your cause for concern.
