Hi Buddies
I have a query to be sorted out.
During working on computer after 15 to 20 minutes sometimes blue screen appears describe Windows OE error and detail description and sometimes during working on any application like MS word or surfing on the net computer automatically restarts.
I want to know is this hardware related problem or Windows related problem?

In MY desktop PC Win ME is running.
What is the solution? If anybody could suggest, I will be very grateful to him.

You need to right click my computer go to proporties and click on the advance options then go to startup and recovery and uncheck automanic restart.

Could be either, but details of error message clue to cause. Stop errors typically involve a device driver. I'd lean toward this being a hardware issue as the error doesn't appear consistently with use of a certain application or action.

Suggested troubleshooting procedure:
1. Undo any recent hardware changes (new device drivers?).
2. Surface scan hard drive for errors (corrupted files).
3. Test memory thoroughly with software like Memtest86 (bad memory module).
4. Remove nonessential components and add back one at a time.

Given the consistent 15 minute-until-failure factor, I'd also suspect a heat related issue. Perhaps a good dusting out of the computer case interior is in order.
