I am trying to run a cd in my cd drive and it seems like it is not reading it. I try it on other computers and it does work on them. When I put the cd in it seems to be spinning for a little while and then it stops an nothing pops up. All of my other cd's do work. This one has forms on from excel, word, and it has pdf files, I don't know if this means anything but I thought I would put it in here anyway.

Good chance that the lens has broken or is dirty, try cleaning both the cd and the lens with a soft dry cloth. If the lens isn't accessible then you can purchase lens cleaner cds for next to nothing.

Can the cd drive read a different cd?
