I lost my father almost 3 years back and before that he sell off his property but could not get the money.I have an elder brother who took the money after my father from the other party and bought another property in his name.Two years my brother got married and thowrn my mother and younger sister out of the house.Can somebody help me in knowing what can I do now? I ma married and now my mother and younger sister are with me for sometime now.I do not expect my brother to take the responsibility of my mother / sister but I want to get them the financial security.Can somebody help? Is there any legal action I can opt for?

It will help to know what county you live in, the laws on these issue differ, in the US there should have been a probate hearing and other factors, but this sounds like it is not in the US
