"Credit Appraisal", in my opinion, is a rip-off. NO ONE knows the formulas for credit scores so anyone's opinion is subjective.

Pay creditors on time and don't have too much available credit for your income - and your scores will stay in the upper 700s to lower 800s.

Somehow I suspect this was a homework question. Just the way it's worded ("financial functions" - who says that?), not to mention the fact that the poster right before this coincidentally asked the same question.

In which case, we are not here to answer homework questions for you. You need to make an attempt to answer them yourself first. If we see you make at least an attempt to do it, then someone is more likely to help you further.
