    Applying for dependent visa
Hi, I am getting a work permit for UK for 2 years. My husband also wants to apply for his dependent visa on the basis of my work permit. I have few queries regarding this:
    • will my husband's depenedent visa be valid for 2 years?
    • Will he able to do any kind of job on the basis of his dependent visa ?
    • In case i have to come back to india after working for 3-4 months in UK ,then what about my husband's visa?will it still be valid or he will also have to come back to india with me?

    Regards
    Priyanka

Depends on your term... dependent visa will be issued based on the principle visa.

Yes... except some government jobs or any jobs that require security clearance.

If you still maintain your legal status, employment has not been terminated, he can stay in UK during your trip to India. His legal status will be terminated if you are divorce or your employment is terminated/visa is expired.
