My wife has served me an order of protection. It says no contact with children. The order runs from 5/19/08 to 10/2/08, that's 6 months. It runs pass my little girls graduation and her first day of middle school. How can I get the judge to one let me attain both events. Or go to court before October to settle the matter.please help father with hole in heart

You are going to need a lawyer most likely. You need an emergency order to expidite the hearing. What does the order claim you have done ?

So she got you served, now have you appealed it, showed the judge there is no evidence or reason for this

No I have not appealed it ,got it yesterday.
She claims I use drugs , I don't. She says I I'm abusive to her and now fears for her safety and the safety of my kids. Funny she was arrested last year for abusing our oldest.he is my stepson so I could not get this records from the police precent. She pleadguilty and went to anger management classes. I have never be in trouble with the law.
I don't do drugs , I don't drink , I don't even smoke cigarettes.

She was arrested last year on mothers day, 46th precent ,that was a Friday so she spent three day in the precent , then went to court on Monday. Family court in the bronx

She says I'm not involved in there lives, which is bull I take my two oldest to school every day since kindergarten, one is 15 and the other is 10 now
I also have been paying child surpport for two years now even due I live with her , is that right

If you go to their court index you may be able to put her name in a search and see where she has been arrested and print it off for proof. I know where I live we can access partial information of anything that goes before a judge or refree.

Whatever county you live in may have online court records. From your post I would guess that you live in a large city because you said "46th precent". I would think even if it is not online since it is public record you may be able to get a copy from the courthouse.
Honestly if I were you and I had the money I would be hiring a lawyer.
