My problem is this,a friend on mine wants to sell me a car that was his G/Fs car.Her name is on the title, but she gave him both the title& the car,then moved to California.How would I go about getting buying the car,with her name on the title.She did give him the car back,before she moved out of state.As of now ,the car doesn't run.I'm from Pa... there's got to be a way.it's been in his possession since 1995& he wants to get rid of it.

Trying to transfer title without her signature? I think they call that fraud. If you can't get her signature, you're out of luck.
