Hi,

I remember watching this movie, some time in the mid 80s, where a man is killed. And [dont remember how] becomes a robot of some sort and seeks revenge on the people who killed him. I remember him being married, or having a girlfriend.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Could be The Vindicator from 1986.

Its def robocop I loved this movie

Not RoboCop... While robocop did get revenge on the people who murdered him, he did not set out to get said revenge... he just came across the people who murdered him while doing his job. Besides RoboCop has been played so many times, it's a hard movie to forget. The Vindicator on the other hand... The first and only time I remember ever seeing it was before everyone had satellite or cable. Just a good ole antennae that usually got a crappy signal so you ended up missing half the movie anyway. But I too have been looking for the title of this movie, and after checking IMDb.com, the time and story plot fit the memories I have of the movie. So I'm pretty sure Vindicator is what you were looking for.
