According to the Top Republican strategist, Karl Rove, she is! Therefore, the question is if McCain would trounce Obama in the general election but have a much tougher time with Hillary, shouldn't Obama consider this for the good of the Democratic Party?

Karl Rove is a paid Republican news commentator, and a poor mans version of Rush Windbag at that. ABC News Senior National Correspondent "Jake Tapper" churns out one asinine blog after another. The general election is a single Democrat versus a single Republican, not two Democrats splitting votes based on Democratic primaries versus a single Republican in the general election. Reality Sky, reality. Snap, snap, snap... wake up.
Who said McCain would trounce Obama anyway?
I think this is basically true. Evita moved to the center early . She made a mistake because in the primaries the Huffpos and Kossaks have taken over the Democrat party. Obama secured their extreme base but has not connected with the center and will have a real hard time doing so at this point.
Had Hillary taken the caucus' process a little more seriously then things might have been different. There is still a chance of course that she could win but it looks like it is a little too late. But she has done a great service to the country by showing the country Obama's great vulnerability. Not only can't he capture the center .He has shown his great disdain for the Middle Class. He doesn't even attempt to court them anymore.
If Evita was the nominee then she would be competing with McCain for the same voting blocks ;conservative Democrats and liberal Republicans.

That come election time, if he's the nominee, more people than you care to realize will be jumping over to McCain. The rest will simply stay home and not vote. You see they play identity politics in the Democrat party . The Hillary supporters see this as a gender bias issue . The Obama supporters would see it as a race bias . Cynthia Ruccia is an organizer of a national group called 'Clinton Supporters Count, Too'. Ruccia, who was once a Democratic candidate for an Ohio congressional seat, said that Democratic Party leaders have failed to take Obama and his supporters to task for sexist comments directed against Clinton. You think Obama isn't concerned about this ? Think again. He hired 400 bloggers to try to play footsie with Hillary supporters on-line; and Obama has issued directives to his supporters to ratchet down the anti-Hillary rhetoric .
But what happens if Hillary gets the majority of the popular vote (still a possibility depending on the rules committee meeting this month over Fla and Michigan ) but Obama secures the delegate count ? The Democrats need to tread very carefully: handing the nomination to the person who does NOT have the popular vote, and thus the will of the people, will be disastrous in light of all their rhetoric after the 2000 election.
Yeah, he won half of the Democrats' ridiculous "Texas Two Step." Hillary won the primary and the popular vote... though Obama won more delegates in the primary. Texas Democrats were disenfranchised!! :DQuote:
