I strongly suggest you see a physician. I have no idea what could be wrong with you... but you don't ignore something like that.

You really really need to see a doctor about a strong odor from that area, hon--especially a BAD odor.

Do you eat a lot of asparagus? That can cause an odor when you urinate

What's that?and the odour comes even if am not urinating...

How many of us need to tell you to see the doctor?

Trust me, I'm unqualified, but if I had a bad, bad smell and odd spots appearing in that area for two weeks, I would not be asking about it on an internet forum.

I use to have this problem, only the odor though. I think it was because I never washed it. But now that I do I don't smell anything at all. Wash it daily.

Hey mate I'm 16 as well and before when I masturbated everyday I had the same bad odour coming from my penis. All I had to do was stop masturbating and the smell vanished in a week. Unfortunately I cannot help you with your problem about the small yellow dots on your testicles. The best thing to do (you probably noe wuts coming) is to go to your doctor and get it checked out. If you do this it will ease your mind and you can go bak to living a normal life.
