To do it properly - in a healthy way - takes time and a persistent effort. It's not going to happen in a week.
I agree with DMA; it'd be a great accomplishment if you lost 1-2 pounds a week, but 10 is just too much! I advise you to pace yourself and do it the right way. That way, you'll get the results you want!
You need to talk to your doctor. What you are asking is inherently unsafe. The only way I know to acheve this amount of weight loss in the timeframe you are talking about is to shoot yourself.
Eating properly and exercising every day should be done throughout your lifetime. Don't fall into the trap that so many young people (and some older as well) who feel the need to lose an unrealistic amount of weight is such a short period. This is a recipe for an eating disorder and a lifelong battle with weight.
Why do you feel the need to lose this amount of weight in such a short period. This is an unrealistic goal and I feel that you are setting yourself up for failure.
