The speedometer on my 93 honda accord quit working, I have replaced the speed sensor but the speedometer still doesn't work. Is there possibly a fuse that has blown?

Yes. Check under-dash Fuse No. 15. If you want, use a test light or multimeter to test all of your fuses:

The VSS grounds via the ECM; therefore, examine and clean the main ECM ground on the thermostat housing.

If the odometer and trip meter work, but the speedometer does not, focus on the speedometer and the printed circuit board.
