    Not pregnant
Well I did another tet, and it came up negative again.

I guess I'm not pregnant then.

What is wrong with my body that I have missed a period.

We want to start trying for another baby in September, does a missed period mean that my cycles are going to stay irregular? Or will they go back to te 28 days it used to be?

There can be many factors from illness, to stress ( wanting to try for a baby real bad) to weight and so many things. And all it means at this point is you missed a cycle, it is actually more common than you realise.
But it is always a good thing to have yourself checked by your doctor who may wish to check for varoius problems.

Just because it is negative does not mean you are not pregnant. It may be too early for HCG levels to show on the pregnancy test. How late are you? You may need a blood test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not.

Give it a few more days. It can take up to a couple of weeks for HCG levels to show up. If it is still negative, have it confirmed by a doctor. If in fact you are not pregnant, I agree with Chuck. I was pregnant very easily and unexpectedly with our first child. My second child we tried for 6 months. The anxiety and stress of wanting to be pregnant, I think, was the factor it took so long.

With my first pregnancy the first test I took was positive, and that was only 7 days late.

Why would it take so much longer for the hormone to be present this time.
I keep thinking that I have pregnancy symptoms, like little cramping, tired, a little dizzy at times. But maybe it all in my head?

    Its so frustrating not knowing.

Each pregnancy is different and with a different level of hormones. The HCG level varies with each pregnancy. Out of curiousity did you have a girl the first time?

Yes I did have a girl in fact.

Why would that make a difference?

Why would having a girl the first pregnancy have to do with thel low levels of HCG hormone this time around? if I am pregnant?

I was curious... no facts but my daughter was born first and the test was positive 2 days late. My son was second and my pregnancy test didn't show until 4 weeks late. I don't have a straight answer for you to as why. Let me know if you are in fact pregnant when you find out. It would be interesting to know. Hope I have helped.. a little.

Time for a blood test to confirm pregnancy, obvioulsy this is worrying you and a blood test is much more accurate than a urine test. Go to your doctor for a blood test.

    Thanks. You have helped.
I'm going to leave going to the doc till the end of the month just in case my period does come.
In a way I hope I'm pregnant, but in another way I hope I'm not. We are getting marrried in September 4th this year, so I doubt I will fit in to my dress.
