    IS this Normal?
I found out with a home pregnancy test that I am pregnant. Me and my husband had been trying. I noticed though that I have been haven a lot of diarrhea. I have made an appointment with my doctor, but I don't know if this is normal. I am only about maybe a month in my pregnancy!

    Please advise!

First of congratulations on your pregnancy, for the diarrhea there could be several different reasons. Have you been drinking enough water? Do you normally have issues with your bowels? I always had problems with my bowels more so when I got pregnant my diarrhea never went away, your body is going through a lot of changes. I wouldn't stress about it but if your really worried try to see a Dr. sooner then later.

I don't think diarrhea is to due with becoming pregnant, at least I never heard of it, I had 4 pregnancies never had it, but constant diarrhea could be irritable bowel syndome or inflammatory bowel disease GO to the doctor Don't wait! Because if you're pregnant and going all the time that's really unhealthy for you and the baby. So check out IBS and IBD and you may need to have a colonoscopy to determine and even look for polyps that could mean colon cancer, hopefully it won't be that serious. Drink lots of water and eat healthier in the mean time

I agree with misBcal I have irritable bowel syndrome that's why when I got pregnant it was so much worse for me. That's why you need to go see your doctor even if that means going into a walk in clinic.

All of the above are correct. Until you get to the doctor, make sure that you drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
