I have a 2003 chrysler sebring it turns over but it won't fire. I have replaced the coil module, the spark plugs and the plug wires. The fuel pump primes with the turn of the switch and the there is a smell of gasoline after trying to start the car. What's wrong?

. Check for codes.

. Test for spark. In none, test/replace Ignition Control Module (ICM), if any, and coil. AutoZone and O'Reilly Auto Parts can often do this for free. If you have replaced the coil pack and there is no ICM, as I suspect, and the problem persists, check the Crankshaft Position Sensor and ECU (test for critical sensor reference voltages with a multimeter).

You didn't state what engine you have.
