I need to quote a price for painting th eexterior of a house. There is a small deck in the front that needs to be done, as well as the window trim, fascia. Needs an estimate for entire house, but wants it broke down to what it will cost to have just the front of house done first, then complete the job. Not sure how to estimate my time etc..

If you are not a pro have you considered telling the owner time and materials? You know what you want to earn per hour so go with that. If you give a quote and then the job is tougher than you thought you are the one who absorbs the loss, I hate that when that happens.
