I have been on high blood pressure medication for the past month or so and I have noticed that I have a white milky discharge coming from both nipples if I squeeze them I read that high blood pressure medication can cause this. Is that true and does it affect fertilty?

Yes, some women will experience this due to an increase in prolactin (a hormone often associated with breastmilk production) levels caused by some blood pressure meds. This in turn can have an effect on fertility. Your doctor would be able to do some testing to determine what your levels are and whether it may interfere with conceiving. A change of medication may be suggested if you are trying to conceive.
