I am looking to find out how I can retrieve some past emails from my myspace, Facebook, and hotmail. These emails would be about a year ago deleted and are needed in a case. Is there anyway to get these emails and what are the steps to doing so? Thank you and I appreciate anyone who can help me out here:)

I have always been under the impression that emails once they are deleted so long ago cannot be retrieved. It's probably a moot point here on your part.

Honestly you are plum out of luck here.
Web based messaging systems don't keep deleted mails much past a week let alone a year.
They are purged from the systems on a regular biases.
