I'm only 20 and I have dark spots due to shaving. I do not know what to use because , I'm mixed does that matter? I would like to use something store bought and that's in my budget I just want to look my age with clear shin PLEASE HELP

Oh its from ingrown hairs, try searchin online from ingrown hairs there is a specific method to avoid this such as
Using a sharpe razor
Shaving the direction of the hair (or somthing)
Exfoliation
Having the hair wet etc.
