How do I alter a template size in Word? I want to reduce the page size while reducing the graphics proportionately. Every time I change the size, it crops my page. Please help.

I don't think Word is designed for that. You can adjust the page size but it will not adjust the graphics; that would happen with vector graphics in Illustrator but not jpegs in a Word doc.
