Hello everyone,

I am currently on my period, my stomach hurts really badly, my heart races every once in a while, my back hurts and my breasts hurt every time I touch them.

I am going through some stress in my life that could be a possible reason for all this. Just before I took a pregnance test I wanted to find out if these are signs of pregnancy. I am 22 years old and never felt these problems before.

You are currently having your period, so unlikely that you are pregnant. It sounds like menstrual cramps to me. It's very common to have an "off" period, they aren't always the same, many things can factor in to it, stress, diet etc. If you are concerned then go to your doctor, but this all sounds like normal period symptoms to me.
