You can download trial versions of each that will have limitations until a full version or license is purchased. Adobe usually has a Try and Buy version of their products, let you try it for 30-days or so and then a message will pop up, to buy.

I think you are asking is there someone you can get them for free. And the answer is not legally. Since we do not support illegal activities here, we cannot assist or condone software piracy.

I understand Photoshop is expensive, buy you can get Paint Shop Pro which is considered the poor man's Phtotshop for a fraction of Photoshop's cost.

As for Nero, optical disk burning is built into XP.

You can also download paint.net which is freeware and has a lot of features for freeware. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

An open source (free) Photoshop alternative is GIMP; it's more complex than paint.net so be sure to download the user manual, too. Whether you choose paint.net or the GIMP depends on the complexity of your needs... since they're both free, you can try them both if you like.

If you only need simple photo editing (like cropping, rotating, etc.) there are many free software programs that are easier to use than Photoshop or GIMP. One excellent program is Irfanview. Google also makes Picasa.
