I have a colour laserjet 4700dn it does not print black black colour but printer other colours. Only the black image is missing in all the printed pages.

Does it have black toner ?
If so has the strip been removed from it and is it seated properly?

Yes the printer has catridges, the tap removed the catridges were also tested on another printer and all the colours came out well but other catridges on the printer did not make any different result.

Check for paper jams and obstructions on the transfer rollers, etc.

Please put the printer in diagnostic mode and print out some3 test sheets.

Next send a black text document to the printer and let me know what it prints out.
