    House Thermostat Fan
I jacked up my house thermostat [standard, not fancy programmable type] to 90. After I turned the thermostat off, the FAN [in auto mode] does not go off. I have turned my furnace [gas heater] off, etc. once I turn the power to the furnace back on, the FAN still comes back on while the thromstat switch is in OFF position. The fan normally [while on auto] stayed on for a bit after turninig thermostat off, but now it just stays on. Is there something wrong with the blower switch, thermostat? Thanks!

You have a bad fan control. Sometimes called fan and limit control.
