    Deporting someone
My husband of 20 years met a resident from equador on the internet who ids married to an old man for citizenship papers. She is also a convicted felon and just got off three years probation for grand theft. A felony conviction. In Florida. My husband is living with her now. I filed for divorce. Her husband doesn't know she is living with my husband. I don't know where in kendall her husband lives. I equator immigration and reported her but nothing happened. They just took the information.

To report someone as illegal alien, you need to have sufficient info.. name, address, and A#..

To my understanding, she might became LPR sometimes ago. Normally if an illegal alien got convicted, or on probation,he/she will be placed on removal proceedings.

Your best bet is to get the best divorce attorney, you are entitled to alimony and half of marital property.
