:confused: What would be the easiest way of finding the x and y intercepts of the following equation?

y = 2x^2 -17x -9

To find the x intercepts, set y=0. To find the y intercepts, set x = 0.

It's easy to find the y intercept. To find the x intercepts I would suggest factoring or the quadratic formula.
