Basically with 2 mothers, 2 children - first child with support order gets a percentage of total income; second child gets percentage of income REDUCED by amount of first order.
For example, father makes $100 a week. Child gets 10% of that or $10.
Second child gets 10% of the reduced income ($100 less $10 - first support order = $90) or $9.
I'm sorry you just answered this question but I didn't see that one. Just to be understanding ursaying the person makes 40,000 yr, they pay550 a month for first then the second one would get 40,000 - 6600 so they get suport based on 33,400 a yearQuote:
