I wonder if anyone could help me...

So the situation is, my boyfriend and I have decided to start trying for a baby :) which we are really happy about! So I came off the pill back in Nov 07 to get a good few months of regular cycles to work out my fertile days etc... anyway, last month we had sex on all the right days ( and some more ha ha!) and I was due on last tues the 6th/7th May which never happened and now I am a week late! The day of my period I took a test (I brought some mega cheap ones from eBay - 10 for £1.65p!) which came back negative so we left it until I was a week late to take another one (predictor - a bit more expensive) which came back negative again this morning... I have been feeling quite sick this morning not sure if is in my head though but I really don't feel myself...
Is it possible that I could still be pregnant as I don't have a ny signs of coming on at all?
I made an appointment for the docs this morning and then cancelled it as I figured they would probably just tell me to wait another week and test again if I haven't come on... so this is what I have decided to do...

So really my question is, has anyone had negative tests a week after period is due and still turned out to be pregnant?

Any responses would be apreciated...

Yes, it happens. Sometimes the urine tests don't pick up a pregnancy right away... for some it may be several weeks. Good idea giving it another week. Fingers crossed for you!
