I have been paying child support for my daughter for the last 11 years without missing a payment. I haven't been able to see my daughter in the last four years. My ex and I are working on letting me see her but she is not being very cooperative. How do I go about filing for visitation in the state of New Jersey?

You go to your local Family Court and file a petition - is your "ex" in violation of a Court Order or is there no visitation order in place?
