    Hormone replacement
What happens if a woman takes hormone replacement tablets when her hormone levels are fine - i.e. she doesn't need to take any?

I'd talk to your doctor about this, it is never a good idea to take medication that you don't need. I'm assuming that you took someone else's pills, why and how many?

A trip to the doctor is in order.

I have been experiencing some symptons of menapause and the doctor recommended the natural hormone replacement. I haven't had blood tests yet, and feel worse now I'm on these tabs. I'm not convinced I need them - wondering if my levels are fine what reaction there is from increasing these levels by taking these tabs?

If they aren't relieving your symptoms, and they aren't medically necessary (which these aren't), best to have a talk with your doctor about some testing to determine whether you actually need anything, as Altenweg said.
You might find some relief with just some simple lifestyle changes. Some women should not take hormone replacements as they can increase the possibility of some issues such as blood clots. Keep in mind that a "natural" supplement does not mean without risk for some individuals.
