I still need a little help with anime drawing I can draw the heads and that is about it I am more intrested on how to draw the hair than anything else.

Just observe how other anime artists draw their hair, how it flows, the lines movements and different styles.
Don't sit and skim through the anime movies, episodes, and manga, instead take your time with them and practice some hair styles of your own. =]

Although anime and manga aren't really my style, I found this site last week, and I've had some real fun practicing from it. It looks like it was made for you. What's good about anime is that you define portraits and figures by some very simple shapes and some limited shadow lines. They're useful as training tools. Plus, there's some good money in good anime work.
