This may sound truelly revolting, however it is a really bad addiction I have, and I need help. Please do no judge me by what I do.
For many years now I get extreme pleasure from scratching my genital area. I pull the skin around the labia and itch and scratch the whole area, all over, it feels really good. I quite often play with my cl*t as well.
Basically my problem is, I scratch and scratch until I make it bleed and I have noticed my skin is splitting from where I pull it and itch it. It hurts, but not enough to make me stop doing. The feeling of light touching the raw/split skin is a sharp pain, but quite entising to want to do it more and more.
It has become a real addiction, whenever I am alone, I will play and scratch for hours.
I really need to find a way to stop, but I tried and it does not work. If I do not scratch the area becomes itchy anyway and makes me itch it even more.
Can anyone help me, as I feel very abnormal by this and it disturbs me that I get so much pleasure from basically hurting myself!
