Regular wood working tools should work I am told. Just be sure to use a really fine blade suitable for plastics.

Please do not use fine blades on Corian. A 10" blade should have no more than 60 teeth. A bandsaw blade 3 to 5 TPI hook or skip tooth.

Corian is a dupont product. You must complete a class of fabrication of this .

Anyone can buy and cut Corian. A pro may do the job better or faster but Corian is not rocket science, its more like Norm Abrams cuting a 2x4.

    Dear mplink,

We have been selling Corian and duPont adhesives to the public for 16 years. We started this with the help of duPont and we are an official distributor. Our sizes are limited as the Corian Countertop manufacture is a licenced franchise. But we also offer an duPont booklet on working with Corian in the home workshop. Corian is a phenomenal product for many uses beyond countertops, as many are finding.
