I am 15 weeks pregnant and 3 days ago I noticed very light light pink discharge only when I wiped once. After that one time I have had a light brownish discharge when I wipe, but it's not every time... Just a few times a day and it is never much. I'm just wondering if it is anything I should be concerned about... or if it is a common thing during pregnancy. Any insight is appreciated!!

Its called spotting. It happens often during some pregnancies. I've read that if it is as frequent as you have described, that you should get checked out by a doctor. There are links at the bottom of this page or in the pregnancy section of help desk that can offer more advice.
