I have completed my masters education, but I don't qualify for money for my Ph.d in educational psychology because I have exceeded the limit. How can I get money to finish my degree in education psychology, if I have exceed the stafford, perkins, and private organizations limits?? :confused:

Work, go to school part time, work save up money and then go back to school. Look into companies that may pay for your education for a promise to work for them a number of years, Look into military scholarships perhaps

I did a quick search for you and found 122 scholarships using the criteria "graduate studies" and "education". What state are you from and I would be happy to narrow it down for you?
I also support Fr_Chuck's idea about finding a potential employer and convincing them that an investment in you would be worthwhile.
