    Diferance between remunaration and wages

Executive compensation or remuneration is how the top executives of corporations are paid. It includes more than wages.

Executive compensation includes a basic salary, bonuses, share of stock, director and or management fees for work on the board of directors. It is much higher than the average worker's wages.

Wages would just be a straight salary.

    Hope this answered your question.
