Hi guys,I live in Minnesota, I just bought a old school bus that has been turned in to a rv it has a sink , bathroom ,fridge power hookup the whole nine yards. I guess my question is is it leagal in mn for my passengers to drink alcohol while the bus is moving, of coarse I will not be drinking!

Can't find the law in Minnesota but if it helps at all, not in NYS because of insurance regs - call the local Police Department and ask.

It appears they have what is called a "open container" law, that prohits any open container in a moving vechicle. So yes, it will be illegal.
It is illegal in most states, a few states does not have this, but they are slowly being forced into it by the Federal government to comply with federal guidelines, many states not falling in line with federal guidelines risk losing federal funding.
