In 2003 I married a man from D.R. whom I thought loved me. Shortly after he came here to the US. He bagan emailing and writing another women back in his country. I became pregnant and he became very abusive. In 06 He was arrested for domestic violence and sent to jail. He begged for me to gorgive him, he came home we filed the papers to remove the conditions of his residency, and he left. He then got arrested again for a positive UA for cocaine,he needed my help I bailed him out and became pregnant again. As soon as I fouund out I was pregnant and had a STD ( from him messing around on me) he left, and now owes thousands in child support. He refuses to help me, and has another girlfriend already. I would like a divorce, but unsure of what his status is here in this country.Also when he calls he calls blocked and I am unsure of how to find him. He did have profiles on my space and a few others but has them blocked so I can not see information about him. Please help. I feel I have been used and abandoned with no recourse

This is NOT marriage fraud.. if you did not let him screw you again and again, you would not end up like this. Since he already became permanent resident, nothing much you can do.

File divorce ASAP... if you can't afford an attorney, contact legal aid in your area.
Contact child support agency, they will go after him.

Your priority in life is your children... forget him... move On...

I have the paperwork and am working on filing it. I thought I needed to be able to serve him papers. I did feel like it was marriage fraud, because as soon as he got his papers he was gone. IT runs in his family, his brother did it to another woman in New York, and his mother married her sisters husband of 15 years and is trying to come here. Thank you

I'm sorry that you have to suffer a great deal because of him...
But when you see some signs... you should know it's time to run.

Get assistance from legal aid society in your area.
You probably need help in collecting child support as well.
