You need to get your ex to sign a stipulation which is then submitted to the court. You will also need to lay out your plan for visitation after the move. Good luck!
Well that depends on whether she has any court ordered visitation. If your moving will mean that you can no longer adhere to the court ordered visitation, then you need to go to the court and get a modification of the visitation. With the non custodial parent's agreement this should be simple. If there is no court ordered visitation, then you can go, but I would make sure that written permission is notarized and that you keep it safe.
