You can file divorce in UK even none of you are residents, but since your visa is dependent visa, so your status automatically ends when you are divorced. The only way to stay legally in UK is to apply for change of status.. either student or visitor.

Can I apply for change of status as a student before I apply for a divorce?or I should do it after divorce?

To be safe, you should apply for change of status during your transition period.
Once the divorce is final, your visa will be automatically terminated immediately.
Normally you would need between 60-90 days for a change of status. Good luck.
