    Custody of an infant
I broke up with my girlfriend and we have a child. WE have ever lived together but have been operating under joint custody of our one year old with joint visitation. Now we are splitting up and she is trying to back track on joint custody saying its not healthy for the child. WE had set up out parenting plan with the help of a parent coordinatr/child psychologist. Wher can I get research or info to back me up and support my position as a custodial parent

You need a lawyer to help you get this straight. Have you been loyal to the agreement? Has she? You need to write everything you remember to show that you are a good father and there is no doubt that it would be safe for your child to be with you. If you remember anything that would make it provable that she isn't then that helps too.
Can you go to the parent coordinator/child psychologist to get written proof that you all had agreed on certain things? Did you or her sign it? I suppose talking to a lawyer would be best in your situation. I hope it works out, don't quit fighting for your rights as a father! Good job!
