My friend has a red pimple on his scrotum that burns him is there anything to be concernd about and is there anything to do to relieve the pain?

Sounds like herpes. There is a heck of a lot of this going on nowadays. Just about anyone can get this. The pain is equivalent to someone putting out a cigarette on their privates. An outbreak can literally spread and get worse.
