This is quite normal for your age. It can take as long as up to 3 or more years for your period to become regular. Since you are a virgin, I wouldn't worry about it. You may not get another one for another 3 months or more, and that is okay at your age.

Im having the same problem. Im 13 too, and a virgin (obviously). My mom is a doctor, so I asked her about it and she said it was a very normal thing to have irregular period cycles in your first year or two, so I wouldn't worry until you have lost your big V.
