    Baby name on b.c. neither parents name
    On a birth certificate, can the baby's last name be neither the mothers or fathers? Is this legal is Arizona?

    Is it too late to just put her last name on there?
    It isn't illegal, I put my boyfriends last name on my first sons birth certificate... (now Husbands)
