    Child coustody
I'm trying to get costody of my son but I just lost my house. At the moment his father has custody but he doesn't even live with our son. The father left my son with his grandfather and moved. I don't even have visitation right now. I want to get visitation for myself and temporary cusyody formy mother so that I know my son is safe. With his father not being around and his grandfather having a record of abuse what can I do when I go to court to help my situation?can I get my mother teporary custody until I get my own place?

The Family courts look for stability. You don't appear to have it together right now. I think your best bet is to talk to chidren's services about fostering your som with a relative (your mom) until you get it together.
