I recently moved into an apartment 4 months ago and my landlord just told me that he got a promotion and that they were moving to North Carolina. I have a lease until the end of July. Im just really scared for when it ends. The apartment building is up for sale and I'm just curious if I'm going to have to go when the building sells? Or am I going to be able to stay after it sells.. Im so worried.

Does your lease say anything about the landlord having the right to terminate the lease if the property is sold? If the lease doesn't mention it then the new owner has to honor your lease until it expires.

If the building sells, the buyer has to honor your lease until it ends.
At the end of your lease, your current landlord can ask you to leave, give you a new lease or just put you on a month to month rent.
