Do I have a right to see my grandchild in the state of Florida?
No in Florida grandparents have no special rights for visititation, the FL supreme court struck down all grandparents rights in 1998.
OF course since they are your grandchildren, your child does have rights, so you need to get them to allow you to see the kids.
